Angela (Angie) Kay Kraft-Meldahl with Angie Kay Soul Led Living LLC offers Feminine Embodiment Coaching, Law of Attraction Coaching, Business Mentoring, Life Purpose Hand Analysis, Holographic Sound Healing, Intuitive Reading, Guided Journeys, Reiki as well as Intuitive Courses and Group Coaching Programs.

Angie will guide and teach me ways that may empower me to live in a way that helps me achieve my desired outcome. Holographic Sound, guided meditations and Healy frequencies will assist to optimize and balance my energy system. Angie is not responsible for my results. Individual results can vary. I take full responsibility for the choices I make and the results I receive as a result of my sessions or group program.

Angie’s online courses or sessions are not mental health therapy and not intended to diagnose, cure or prevent any disease. I will always consult my licensed health care professional for any medical, psychological or other issues. If any part of a session or course addresses legal, medical, financial or business matters, or any combination thereof, it is my sole responsibility to seek professional advice within these appropriate fields of expertise, prior to taking action. Any action taken on my part regarding the session or course is again my personal responsibility, and of my own free will.

I understand and fully assume responsibility for any possible risks associated with the session, while unlikely, but such as any physical or emotional activity and exertion, any physical or emotional discomfort, which if occurs is generally temporary and passes quickly. I am fully aware of and accept the possible risks involved, and agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, conditions, injuries or damages, known or unknown, which I might incur or aggravate as a result of my participating in a program or session. I understand that if needed, it is my sole responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding my participation in the online programs, personal healing, coaching sessions, retreats, trainings, and workshops, and to receive prior approval to participate. I represent and warrant that I am physically adequate for the services provided, and I have no medical condition or injury which would prevent my full participation in the provided services.

Technology Issues: One-on-one sessions and group sessions take place by Zoom. I understand that there are potential risks to using technology, including service interruptions, interception, and technical difficulties. For example, technology may stop working during a session, other people might be able to get access to our private conversations, or stored data could be accessed by unauthorized people or companies. If it is determined that the video conferencing equipment or connection is not adequate, I understand that either the practitioner or I may discontinue the remote session and make other arrangements to complete the session.

Privacy: All client data, emails and records are treated in a confidential manner and no information will be released to anyone without my prior written consent, except in situations governed by law.

If I am in a group training or group session the replays of the meetings will be shared with future participants, I can choose to turn my video off if I don't want my face shared on a replay. 

 

I am acknowledging that I will not share any of Angie Kay Soul Led Living LLC’s recordings, course materials or course recordings privately or publicly.

I affirm that I am 18 years of age or older.

Except in the case of gross negligence or malpractice, I or my representative(s) agree to fully release and hold harmless, Angela (Angie) Kay Kraft-Meldahl, from and against any and all claims or liability of whatsoever kind or nature arising out of or in connection with my course, retreat, coaching program or session(s).
